Mr. Wesley is a Registered Professional Engineer in Illinois, Michigan, Wisconsin, Maryland and South Carolina as well as a certified commissioning authority (CxA)

 

Mr. Wesley for the past 25 years has concentrated in the design, construction and commissioning of high efficiency systems. His involvement in systems such as cogeneration, energy recovery, solar, wind, LED lighting, heat pumps has allowed him a vast knowledge of cutting edge systems and their correlation with the building as a whole and its occupants.

 

As Founder and Director, and head Operations Manager of Greener Engineering Inc., Mr. Wesley is involved in every project that Greener Engineering commissions. He believes that being involved from the planning stage of a project leads to a cohesive team between the commissioning agent, owner and design team. So as to be proactive rather than reactive, Mr. Wesley believes in being involved in the construction process on a regular basis. The commissioning team from Greener Engineering attends job site meetings on a regular basis to verify the construction process is following plans and specifications and is meeting the owner’s requirements. As part of the commissioning process during construction, the commissioning team reviews the submittals for the project to verify compliance with the design intent. The Greener Engineering team is involved in the directing of pre-function check lists as well as functional check lists for each commissioned system, helping to provide a system that operates as the design team intended. Greener Engineering is also involved in the training process and document the training sessions in high definition video for the owner’s future use. The Greener Engineering commissioning team stays involved in the project, helps the owner through issues during the warrantee period, as well as performs a 10 month survey of the building and its occupants.
