Commissioning Plan
The Commissioning Plan is a living document that outlines the organization, schedule, allocation of resources, and documentation requirements of the commissioning process. Ideally, the initial Commissioning Plan is created during the Pre-Design Phase. However, it may also be developed during the Design Phase, depending on when the Commissioning Team is officially formed.
The Commissioning Plan serves as the road map for executing the process during the Construction and Occupancy and Operations Phases. The plan is continuously updated and added to until the end of the project, when it then become the Project Commissioning Record.
