Retro-Commissioning
Greener Engineering was contracted to provide retro commissioning services for the Naperville, Carol Stream and Westmont Regional centers. The total building square footage was approximately 65,000 square feet. Greener Engineering provided an analysis of the existing systems, provided energy modeling of the base building and recommended energy conservation measures, provided energy star base lines and a complete report with recommendations with payback calculations.

College of DuPage MAC Performing Arts Center
The MAC performing Arts Center is a 165,000 square foot existing building which will be completely remodeled. The buildings mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems will be replaced with new energy efficient systems. The goal for this project is to achieve a LEED silver rating. The staff of Greener Engineering Inc., will be providing commissioning services in compliance with LEED EA prerequisite 1 for fundamental commissioning as well as LEED EA credit 3 for enhanced commissioning. In addition, the staff of Greener Engineering will be providing measurement and verification for energy using systems as well as water usage. This project is currently being designed and the commissioning plan is being developed.

The SCC, Seaton Computer Center is a 14,000 square foot existing building which will be completely remodeled.
